By accessing and using PIXELRYT's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with PIXELRYT ("us", "we", or "our") regarding your use of our web development and design services.

PIXELRYT provides professional web development and design services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Web application development
• E-commerce solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Website maintenance and support
• Consulting and technical advisory services

All services are provided according to the specific terms outlined in individual project agreements and proposals.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Provide content, images, and other materials as required
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respect intellectual property rights and licensing agreements
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and may include:

• Project Deposits: A deposit is typically required before work begins
• Milestone Payments: Payments may be due at specific project milestones
• Final Payment: Final payment is due upon project completion
• Monthly Retainers: For ongoing services, monthly payments apply

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.

Upon full payment for services:

• Client owns the final website design and custom code developed specifically for their project
• PIXELRYT retains rights to general methodologies, techniques, and pre-existing code
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• PIXELRYT may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed

All intellectual property rights remain with PIXELRYT until full payment is received.

Each project includes a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

• Minor revisions are typically included in the project scope
• Major changes or additional features require a separate agreement
• Timeline adjustments may be necessary for scope changes
• All changes must be approved in writing before implementation

PIXELRYT's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party actions or content
• Issues arising from client-provided content or materials
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in project agreements.

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Breach of contract terms by either party
• Non-payment of invoices after 30 days
• Mutual agreement to terminate
• 30 days written notice for ongoing services

Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients.
